Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Thomas has extensive experience in outpatient psychiatry, addiction medicine, and community mental health. His approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect. He works with clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorders, and co-occurring substance-related concerns. He prioritizes education, communication, and shared decision-making so clients feel informed and empowered in their care.

About the Practice

Elpis Psychiatry LLC is a small private psychopharmacology practice. We treat adults over 18 years of age. Our practice is primarily focused on the management of depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. We firmly believe in a comprehensive and individualized approach to diagnosis, assessment and treatment of many common psychiatric conditions. As a small practice, we are committed to providing excellent medication management. We recognize that the many individuals with mood disorders also struggle with substance use issues. Given the focus of our practice, patients with recent or active substance use are better served in a practice with enhanced resources for supporting patients with active substance, typically a clinic that offers both medication and psychotherapy in the same location.
